Delete your account and data

Before you start: restored photos are kept for 7 days only. Deleting your account removes the originals and the results in the cloud immediately — save the photos you want to keep to your phone first.
1. Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open Tazvi and go to Me (the last tab).
- Scroll to the red Delete account card and tap I want to delete my account.
- Enter your password if your account has one (Google or LINE accounts can leave it blank), then tap Delete for good.
You are signed out when it finishes, and the same email can no longer sign in.
2. If you cannot sign in
Email [email protected] with the subject Delete my account, and include:
- the email address you registered with (or your LINE display name),
- the approximate date you last used the app.
We delete after verifying the account is yours, and reply to confirm. Timeframe: within 7 business days of a completed identity check.
3. What is deleted, what is kept

We do not keep a copy for backup or for marketing, and we never sell or share personal data (see the Privacy Policy).
4. Questions
Write to [email protected]. A person replies, usually within a couple of days.
刪除帳號與資料

先提醒一件事：修好的照片只保留 7 天。刪除帳號時，雲端上的原圖與成品會立刻被刪掉 —— 請先確認你已經把想留的照片存到自己的手機。
一、在 App 內刪除（建議，最快）
- 打開 App，切到最右邊的「我的」。
- 往下找到紅色的「刪除帳號」卡片，按「我要刪除帳號」。
- 帳號有設定密碼的話要再輸入一次密碼（用 Google 或 LINE 登入的可以留空白），然後按「確定刪除」。
完成後會自動登出，之後同一組帳密就無法再登入。
二、無法登入 App 時怎麼申請
若你已經無法登入（忘記密碼、換手機、App 移除等），請寫信到 [email protected]，標題寫「刪除帳號」，並提供：
- 你註冊時使用的電子郵件（或 LINE 顯示名稱），
- 你最後一次使用 App 的大約日期。
我們會在核對身分後刪除，並回信告知完成。處理時限：完成身分核對後 7 個工作日內。
三、會刪掉什麼、會保留什麼

我們不會為了備份或行銷保留副本，也不會販售或交換個人資料（見 隱私權政策）。
